Breeder Agreement

 

- The puppy has been examined by a licensed veterinarian and has been found to be in good health.
- The puppy is up to date on immunizations and has been given medication for worms.
- The buyer will be supplied with a shot record, Registration information or AKC papers, and any other paperwork necessary at the time of purchase.
- In the event of hip dysplasia, the puppy will be covered for $1500 per hip, $3000 total.

At the time of sale, this puppy is considered and being sold as pet quality. Breeder offers no guarantee that disqualifying faults will not arise at a later date which could make this puppy unsuitable for the show ring or for breeding.

72 Hour Health Guarantee

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery. A guarantee for 72 hours from the date of purchase applies to life-threatening viruses or illnesses. For the protection of the buyer and seller, the puppy should be examined by the buyer's veterinarian within 72 hours of the purchase date/delivery date.

If a life-threatening virus or illness is present, a written statement of diagnosis from a veterinarian must be presented at the time the puppy is returned. The puppy must be returned to us within 5 days of the purchase date. If the buyer does not take the puppy to a veterinarian within 72 hours from the date of purchase, this contract becomes null and void.

This puppy is guaranteed to be free from life-threatening genetic and congenital defects for 1 year from the date of birth. If your puppy is found to have a life-threatening genetic or congenital defect you must notify the breeder within 7 days of diagnosis, with your veterinarian's written report. The breeder reserves the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of its choosing before the exchange.

All veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.

*This guarantee does not include health conditions that are considered normal for Bulldogs, including, uneven bites, stenotic nares (pinched nostrils), cherry eyes, or loose hips.

*This guarantee does not include matters of size, weight, structure, coat quality, or temperament. We have raised this puppy from healthy parents and it is your responsibility to take good care of your puppy to ensure a long healthy life. The breeder has taken all precautions and done everything possible to prevent normal puppy conditions from occurring, like coccidiosis, giardia, kennel cough, parasites, or any other bacterial infections. These conditions can be brought on by the stress of being rehomed. These are all treatable and are not reasons to warrant a return or exchange.

We do not refund money, the puppy will be replaced with one of equal value and sex as soon as available, provided that the puppy is returned and has not been injured or neglected.

The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate, high-quality dog food, water, and housing. The puppy has received proper vaccination and worming. Future vaccinations and worming, including annual boosters, must continue on a regular basis or this contract is null and void. Remember puppies are babies too. They need plenty of love, rest, fresh water, quality puppy food, exercise, and a warm dry place to sleep.

No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, or breeding ability.

We require a nonrefundable $200 deposit to hold a puppy. We must receive payment in full before the puppy can be picked up or delivered.

The buyer shall not sell the puppy or its offspring (if any) to any dealers that will resell for a profit.

The breeder is bound by this agreement to the original buyer only.
